We launched BrightCurrent in 2012 because the changing world of connected products and energy smart home services required a different kind of retail agency. At the time, our CEO was managing the retail strategy for a global energy development company and was struggling to find an agency that was both sales focused and sophisticated enough to accommodate a more complex customer sales experience. BrightCurrent was created to address this need.
